igrpunjab.gov.in - NGDRS Documents & Property Registration / Application Procedure Punjab to Start Soon

Dept. of Revenue, Punjab launches National Generic Document Registration System (NGDRS) which is a nice initiative to Property Registration and Documents.  Through this portal candidates can register papers of property online.

As per source, state govt. of Punjab has launched this portal in Moga and Adampur which has been confirmed by video conferencing.  In addition, this system will be applicable for all 22 districts till March 2018. Subsequently, candidates can register their property documents online through NGDRS Portal.

NGDRS Documents & Property Registration / Application Procedure Punjab 

• First candidates have to visit at official website igrpunjab.gov.in. 
• Now click on “Sign Up” first for Citizen Login.
• Citizen form will be open to enter 10 digit Mobile Number in “Citizen Registration” Form.
• Now enter username and check Username availability.
• Then enter the password which will be valid only in upper case, lower case, 1 digit and 1 special character. 
• Now they have to verify it by re-typing the same password and then enter captcha in the text field.
• Then click on  “Submit” button to save records.
• Afterwards, they will be redirected at the Homepage to login. 
• They have to click on Login for Citizens
• A registration form will be open as shown below:-

• Now hit on get OTP one time password. 
• After fill OTP you they will avail to apply for the Revenue related documents and online land registration in Punjab.

To recall you, registration process on NGDRS currently not started yet. It will soon started but currently no fair information available about this.
