During a occasion of GGS-IP University, CM Arvind Kejriwal launched Delhi Loan Guarantee Scheme & Scholarship Portal studentloan.delhi.gov.in at Dwarka in the morning. Main objective of this portal is provide education loan and scholarship for students. • Then click on “Apply for Student Loan under Higher Education” link as you can see on the homepage. 
• Citizen Registration form will be open as shown below:-

• Now candidates have to “Sign Up” using any identity card as Aadhaar Card or Voter Card. 
• In addition, candidate need to submit a valid Mobile Number for validation of Registration.
• Finally candidates can complete the Registration process. 
• Keep remember regurgitation will be complete  within 72 hours.
• After made registration, candidates need to hit login button. 
• Afterward, Citizen Login Form will be open as shown below:-

• After successfully login, aspirants need to go o the “Services” tab.
• In the below section a higher education link will be show.

• Finally candidates have to click on apply button. 
• Application form will be open.

• Fill application form along with accurate details and hit submit button. 
• Your application will be submitted for Delhi Loan Guarantee Scheme.
