Online Registration for UDID Card at www.swavlambancard.gov.in

Department of Empowerment of Persons with disabilities is inviting online application to make disability certificate & UDID card. According to source, central govt. has made online registration compulsory for UDID card.

Main objective of this scheme is store all data of disable person. This project will be helpful to bring transparency to the person of disabilities. Applicants can be registered till 24 September 2017 through official web-portal www.swavlambancard.gov.in.

Apart from this, applicants can also apply application through e-mitra or Atal Seva Kendra. Procedure you can see below to apply online application for UDID card.

  1. Candidates have to visit at official website at swavlambancard.gov.in
  2. Click on right side page link “Apply for Disability and UDID card” as you can see.
  3. You will see a form will be open at your pc screen as shown below.
  4. Now fill it along with fair information like personal details, employment details, disability details and identity details.
  5. Now they have to click on register button to register their self.

  3. ·         Permanent Residence Certificate/Domicile Certificate
  4. ·         Caste Certificate
  5. ·         Income Certificate
  6. ·         Bank Account Details (Passbook/Statement)
  7. ·         Marriage Certificate is also required if person married


Benefits of UDID Card

1.      Disabled persons will not need to make, maintain and carry multiple copies of documents, because all necessary details will be present in the card, which can be coded with the assistance of the reader.
2.      In order to achieve different benefits in the future, UDID card will be a single document for identity of identity, verification.
3.      UDID card will be supported at all levels of the sequence of implementation in order to streamline the search for the beneficiary's physical and financial progress - from the rural level, the level of the level, the district level, the state level and the national level.
