web portal have been launched by Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh under State
Real Estate Regulatory Authority Act. CM told builders can make online
registration on RERA portal through below link.

According to source state government
of Himachal Pradesh gave its nod RERA Act 2017 on 5th August
2017. This nod was given to regulation and promotion of real estate sector in
state. This portal will help to bring transparency in the sector and also
helpful to connect customers with builders.

Registration for Promoter
- Visitor have to visit at Himachal Pradesh RERA portal hprera.in
- After visit at the website click at promoter option.
- Select your application status as Individual, Firm, company or others
- Now they have to enter fair details to registration for promoter. Details like mobile number, email and upload profile image
- Now mention TCP Project Registration No., Aadhaar no. and PAN card
- Now mention your correspondence along with permanent address
- Finally in the last setup, you have need to upload below documents.

In the last you they have to click save and continue,
hit on submit and you will be registered as Promoter at HP RERA website.
Register As Agent
- To register as agent, people have to visit same above setups.
- First visit at portal and click as agent option.
- Now fill basic information along with email, mobile number
- Mentions PAN No. and Aadhaar number along copies.
- Now they have to give povide your Address details along with business address
- Upload copy of below documents

- To other state registration they have to provide the details and click save as draft and after that click on Next.
- After fill all info. In Registration Form G they have to click submit button to make registration.
- After Fee payment they will be registered on the website.
Registration Fee
To
agent registration candidates have to pay Rs. 5000 along with Rs.500 e-charges through
online payment. Payment can be made through bank draft. Mention Bank Draft
along with bank name with transaction number.
For
