digitalpolice.gov.in – Digital Police Portal Launched by Rajnath Singh

Home Minister Rajnath Singh Launched a portal named as Digital Police Portal to prepare the national details of crimes and criminals. This portal has been launched through CCTNS to online complaints registration and background verification.



Rajnath Singh Said, “This platform is a smart policing initiative for citizens to register file crime complaints online and seek antecedent verification of prospective employees”.

Highlights of Digital Police Portal

  • People can registered online complaints of crimes through this portal.
  • This portal will also helpful to investigation of employees, renter, driver, etc.
  •  People will also avail to see Certification of their antecedent.
People can visit at the portal and make login to access various service.
Two type of service are available on the portal for Citizens & Police.

Features of Service for Citizens

  1. Citizens can report for crime through make login.
  2. You can check all date persons like tenants, drivers, domestics & fast resolution after verify.
  3. Now access state police citizen portal.
  4. You have to also verify passport to using this portal.



Features of Service for Police

  1. This section only available for police.
  2. Authorized Personnel’s informed 11 searches & 46 reports from the national database.
  3. For advanced option you can hit on search for report.
  4. Now you can get information & analytics of stored records.
