Pencil Portal pencil.gov.in has been launched by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
Main objective of this portal is give freedom to child labor. This portal is
developed by the Ministry of Labour & Employment. This portal
is very helpful to inform about the child labour in the whole country anywhere.
Main works of this portal is connect the centre to the state
government, district and all project societies would provide a mechanism for implementation.

reported through National Conference which were organized by Ministry of Labour & Employment. This decision
