download application form through official website.
Applicants who belongs Haryana,
Punjab, Delhi, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand,
Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and West Bengal can apply for
this scheme.

Who Can Apply for Pragati Yojana 2017
- A Citizen of India can apply for IBP gas agency.
- Applicants comes between 21 to 60, they can apply for scheme.
- Candidates should be passed in 12th to get license for IBP gas agency.
