The state government of Himachal launched a scheme as named
Free Insulin Scheme which has been launched by Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh
& Health Minister Kaul Singh Thakur. Scheme also known as Electronic Health
Card Scheme. Under this scheme, state govt. will distribute free health card
for diabetic patients that comes below 18 years. This scheme will be helpful for
patients to fight against diseases.
People can download E-Health Card by using HealthCardHP
application which can be downloaded from play store.

Steps to Download HealthCard App
- First visit at Google Play Store.
- Now Search HealthCard App in search box.
- Now make your login as service provider or individual.
- After login you can download E-health Card by using this above steps.
This is a great thing by Himachal Pradesh Government to provide
Free Insulin for heart patients, blood pressure patients and diabetic patients.
